inconsistent service warm food
i found the service inconsistent. some staff REALLY shone, others seemed UNINTERESTED. the food was often just warm, not hot, especially at the buffet. this was a definite disappointment given the price.

daily cleaning services wide activity range available sunbed
I received a great upgrade at check-in. My room was lovely and clean with daily cleaning services. There was a large range of activities for all ages, and I easily found a sunbed. (The hotel really caters to everyone!)

mixed feelings about the stay
poor service customer experience
the hotel included many activities and its pool area was adequate.
the service at the desk was appalling when checking out. i was not asked about my stay or any feedback given. this lack of interest in the customer was a bad display.
