The food selection was great across all restaurants. The drinks were made with good quality spirits. The staff members were always friendly. My room included a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The room cleaning was very thorough each day.
The coffee availability before 10:30am was limited to the restaurant or room (I prefer it earlier).

The pool area provided ample space. there was a separate adults only pool. The sun bed allocation system removed the need for early morning rushes, this was nice.

The hotel has a great snack bar. It offered lovely light bites and amazing coffee. I also had a massage done by Veriro. It was good value for money and amazing (i really needed that).
The entertainment arena is inside. There were not enough seats for the capacity of the hotel and we had to queue to get in (queuing on vacation is not my thing). It was very warm and uncomfortable.

The all-inclusive offered a large variety of really great food and drink options. Food was tasty. Cocktails had an excellent quality.
I booked a sea view room with afternoon sunshine in April 2025. When I arrived, I was told I could only have an inland view room. We then had to move rooms again as there was no afternoon sunshine as requested
