Excellent Stay Experience
easy access easy check clean room gorgeous lobby
The location provides easy access. The train station is only a three minute walk. Hotel staff greeted us kindly at check in, and the process was easy. Our room was beautifully cleaned and matched the reservation description. The lobby was gorgeous, and hotel restaurants offered quality dining.
The gym and the pool, located in a separate building, are not included in the room rate.

I appreciated the three complimentary breakfast options. It was a great start to each day. The hotel offers a buffet, a Japanese restaurant, and a Western restaurant, ALL offering high quality food and service.

The location was central and very easy to navigate, ESPECIALLY with direct access to the Shimbashi Station. Several casual restaurants are located right across the street. It's convenient. The surrounding area had a variety of nice restaurants and street food options.

The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature regulation on point. The room included a spacious bathroom and amenities. A couch and desk are also included. The staff were eager to help. They spoke excellent English and were very nice.

great location helpful staff various lotions
the location ROCKS. this hotel is CLOSE to ginza. the staff tried to solve all my requests. the bathroom had a lot of various lotions and skincare.

acceptable, but some issues need attention
dirty carpets road traffic
the hotel location was convenient, close to shimbashi station.
The room cleanliness was NOT GOOD. I saw stains and dirt on the carpets. the noise was unbearable because of the street and road traffic. it was REALLY disappointing

soft robes easy access delicious cakes
the room included yukata robes and i found them very soft (i always look forward to this touch). the location was close to shimbashi station and access to other areas was easy. i used the on-site patisserie and the cakes were indeed delicious.
the gym access cost extra which i found a little unusual.
