the location was really amazing, since it's super near the shopping center! the room was clean and so cozy. i really enjoyed the fancy tea and coffee machine in the room! the lobby had festive decorations.

the location is very good for getting around. the breakfast was the best i had during my japan trip. the staff were also very kind and helpful with directions.
the room was very small and had furniture of not so good quality. the bathroom was quite small. i could sometimes hear neighbors chatting through the walls.

I found the breakfast buffet to be great! The hotel's proximity to several metro stations was quite convenient. A convenience store right at the hotel entrance was very helpful. The room size was good by Japanese standards. Staff accommodated my requests, like discount metro passes.
The bathroom plumbing had an issue that was not resolved quickly, unfortunately.

The reception staff provided prompt and courteous assistance. They offered clear directions and information regarding local transportation. Staff members also efficiently handled luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout at the concierge desk. This service was REALLY helpful.
