the on-site sento was wonderful. i found it very relaxing and the facilities were top class. i really appreciated being provided with a yukata in my room to wear to the sento.

the check-in was completely automated (and not as simple as they say). it kept giving me errors, even with all that staff around. i also thought it was pretty cheeky that the pool costs extra. i mean, really?
