the location was convenient. it was close to the station and some temples.
the room i had was super small. the bed was against the wall, so i couldn't get out of bed on one side. there was no space to put a suitcase and the breakfast was not western as advertised.

i walked about 5-10 minutes straight down the road from the train station. it was very easy to find and get to the hotel. i was able to spend hours doing business work on my laptop. the facility was very clean and staff members at the counter were friendly.
the japanese breakfast was disappointing. it seemed like it fell short of key dishes. the taste was not a true blue japanese breakfast. perhaps it was because it was prepared by a vietnamese themed eatery.

I loved the convenient underground passage. it connected to various shopping spots directly. accessing the yodobashi building next to the hotel was simple. It features floors of electronics, dining, shopping, and a basement supermarket. the supermarket sold items cheaper than isetan. it only takes cash.
the policy on room make-up was inconvenient. if i left the hotel after 1:30 pm, i learned that my room would not be cleaned for the day. it surprised me and disrupted my schedule a bit. this timing constraint needs adjustment, i think

The hotel features a b2 level, and it connects to a subway. this subway provides access to porta dining and shopping areas. it connects to the haruka airport express train. You can literally shop, dine, and access the subway without street-level walking.

the staff provided high service levels. the staff members maintained a professional attitude. they were friendly. the hotel offers a very well-organized luggage forwarding service to the next destination.

Really good Stay Near the Station

The hotel's proximity to the central station made commuting effortless. The staff demonstrated very nice friendliness and offered helpful assistance throughout my visit. Pajamas were available and of very high quality (I wanted to buy a pair!). The hotel also had very effective air conditioning, greatly appreciated during a hot period.
The hotel had a policy that rooms are not cleaned if you leave after 1:30 PM. This policy was unexpected, and it slightly inconvenienced my schedule one day. It would have been more convenient if housekeeping services were available later in the day.

The hotel offered toiletries in the foyer. This was quite convenient. the underpass connected directly to the train station. It was easy to access shops and transport. the room size was larger than average for similar hotels. It was easy to relax.
The hotel only provided one bottle of water per person per night. Extra bottles cost extra.
