a balanced stay
polite staffconvenient locationmetro accessno coffeeno milklaundry issue
the staff was very polite. they offered recommendations for local visits and good meals. the location was conveniently placed for easy access to city features (i especially liked how close it was to everything i needed). the metro underground was also nearby, an added bonus.
i was surprised there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. there also was no milk provided, not even coffee sachets. i used the washer and dryer service, but someone had removed my laundry when i went to pick it up. they had already started a new wash cycle.

the location Was close to many tourist attractions.
my room was EXTREMELY small. there was no place for Luggage, and i only had a small carry-on. wi-fi in the lounge was VERY spotty. the beds were so uncomfortable!
