the room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. the hotel is close to a tesco store, providing convenience. the staff maintained professionalism throughout my visit.
the room lighting was quite dim. it was hard to see inside the cupboards. better lighting would improve the room's functionality.

I enjoyed the free shuttle service to the park and ride for the rugby (a great perk!). the hotel was very clean. It really showed. our room was large and comfortable. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the pillows were just a touch too hard for my liking.

the room was modern! it was also very spacious. the bathroom even had a rain shower. the staff seemed very friendly. i liked the design of this hotel it felt homey. plenty of parking spaces were available and there is a tesco right in front of the hotel
i have stayed at the hotel a few times, but i was not impressed with the room this time. i thought that the standard of the room did not meet my expectations for a premium hotel charging a premium price. the carpets had a lot of stains all over them. the bedding covers were fraying

i booked a restaurant table here for my love's birthday. the food really stands out. the staff knew the menu and wines well. the restaurant had such a lovely vibe and was super clean. i thought the service was fantastic, especially with liam and yaakov helping us.
it seemed smaller than expected. i did liked the hotel, even so.

the room has comfortable furnishings and a clean, modern design. the room includes a large television with multiple channels and on-demand movies. the bathroom has a rainfall shower and heated towel rail, which i found to be a nice touch.

I was greeted with such warmth and efficiency! the room was ready early. it was a total surprise! the location is super close to pubs and restaurants. It's a real bonus.
the shower was very open! it practically turned the entire bathroom into a paddling pool.
