The staff were kind. I received an upgrade to a larger room and that was a lovely surprise. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows offered good support. I found the shower very good. It also included nice toiletries.

Our room was upgraded at no cost, a total win! the bed had super comfy pillows, i slept so soundly. the shower had great water pressure. I especially appreciated the heated towel rack.
I noticed a slight squeak from the elevator. It's a minor thing, though!

The staff honoured our request, and was really nice! The hotel possessed a boutique and warm feeling. The room was spacious. It was a Standard Double Room. The food was amazing and beautifully presented.
Parking was slightly challenging, with the parking bays being really narrow.

i found the location quite convenient, especially with the tram stop so close. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. the room was a good size, more than adequate for my needs. i also appreciated the cleanliness, it was super clean on arrival.
the noise from the hallway was a bit noticeable at times, especially in the evenings.

I found the room spacious with a very comfortable bed. The shower was amazing. breakfast was excellent each morning. the location near the port was lovely for strolls and offered great views. the staff seemed much more friendly than previous visits.
i encountered mould in the bathroom around the bath and on some wall tiles. i noticed there were no opening windows for fresh air. it was quite uncomfortable at night with a winter duvet during the summer.
