This hotel location IS great near the tram, so getting around was EASY. i found the staff to be REALLY accommodating. They helped me when i needed something. the hotel's proximity to shops such as tk maxx and tesco made shopping very convenient for some last minute items i needed. i appreciate how clean the rooms were, everything was tidy.
the water didn't drain properly in the sink, but this was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel includes a well maintained gym with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines, providing ample options for workouts. the swimming pool area features twenty loungers, a shaded section, and complimentary towels . a steam room IS also available.

reception staff were amazing with great customer focus, promptly assisting with luggage storage before check in. the staff booked a taxi to my office, which i found really useful. staff responded quickly TO requests and questions.

the staff were cute i appreciated the convenient location near tram and train lines it made trips to the city centre easy parking was available for a reasonable fee with a membership i found this beneficial the room was spacious and the shower was really good.
the gym facilities were small there were only a few machines available this limited my workout options

the location was great with a tram and train stop nearby. it took about twenty minutes to get to the city centre. the hotel offered on-site parking if i created a membership which the staff assisted me with.
the room was a bit basic which was disappointing. my room faced the tram and train tracks. i was awoken early as the tram and train passed by frequently.

the hotel had a clean reception area, and the room was cleaned daily which was appreciated.
the temperature control in my room didnt worked well. i had to open the window to keep the room comfortable, but then it was noisy from the tram line near. the buffet breakfast wasn't great as what i expected.

the restaurant had lovely food for good value. i ordered the fish and chips and it was cooked beautifully. breakfast was good with lots of choice. the carpark has lots of spaces available.
i found some wall plugs just dont work. the room felt small. there was no bottle water in the room as complimentary.

the hotel provided easy access to transportation. the tram stop located nearby was convenient for reaching the city center. i also appreciated the available on-site swimming pool. it allowed for relaxation after a day of travel.
i found the parking charge an unexpected expense. i wish this had been communicated more clearly upon arrival. it added an unforeseen cost to my stay.
