nice breakfastcosy firefriendly staff
i stayed for a few nights. breakfast was very nice even though the hotel was busy. the log fire in the reception area was cosy. staff are helpful and friendly.

My room had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Breakfast included many fresh options like fruit and continental selections. The gym contains equipment such as treadmills. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
I noticed some dust on top of the wardrobe. A more thorough cleaning schedule is needed

The breakfast included various items. I found the beds comfy.
The jacuzzi only has space for two. This meant a wait of 30 minutes during busy times. our room lacked a smart tv, and internet access was unavailable on the tvs in other rooms. this made watching anything quite difficult

the location was great. the grounds were lovely and well kept. the staff was friendly and the food was good.
the sauna was not on, and the jacuzzi was not warm enough. the mattress was uncomfortable. i think mattress toppers would be a great addition.
