Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
disconnected tvinappropriate attitude
I was disappointed because the TV in my room was disconnected. Staff said someone was meant to fix it, but that was unresolved. some of the staff were unprofessional, and their attitude was inappropriate for customer-facing roles.

the room was large and i think it was clean at first glance.
the breakfast service i saw was not good. items ran out fast during the busy morning and staff did not refill things quickly enough. it was like they weren't prepared for many guests.

the manager demonstrated poor attitude when i wanted to change rooms after being assigned a wheelchair access room. i requested a different room, but i received repeated denials about availability. this happened regardless of occupancy levels.
