The location is great. Two tube stations are nearby! The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room's ventilation was very loud, and my room had small windows. I had to turn on the light even during the day. There was only filter coffee from a huge warming pot! The breakfast choices remained the same every day.

Really good Stay!
prime location comfortable room helpful staff
I loved the prime location. It is only a short walk to Westfield Mall. Many restaurants and pubs are nearby. Train stations are also close. Getting to the city center by train or Uber is so easy. The rooms are comfortable and large. The staff are ready and willing to help!
The quality of the slippers and towels could be improved!

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped laundry room with premium tea and coffee. Guests can use a vending machine stocked fully. This convenience is excellent for quick refreshments. It really helped.

The rooms are great and very well-designed, showcasing excellent style. Some fittings in the room were a bit loose. I found the bed super comfy. The room's large size was also appreciated. It felt very spacious!

full kitchen excellent room bus stop helpful staff
The apartment had full kitchen equipment. It included an oven and microwave. Excellent room space featured a huge TV. A bus stop located in front of the hotel entrance made transportation easy! I liked having helpful staff available at all times.
The room's dryer machine needs improvement. It could dry faster with a higher temperature.
