acceptable stay , but some issues noticed
dirty fridge broken shelves
the location is good , especially with a supermarket downstairs.
my room's fridge shelves were broken , and the fridge was not clean. the walls near the stove had stains , and the cupboards needed cleaning. the balcony furniture was dusty.

poor cleaning dirty bathroom
the location was pretty good, really close to the metro station.
I had some real issues with the room service. My room was not cleaned properly one day, i found some hairs on the bed and the bathroom wasn't clean either.

solid stay near the metro

The room included a useful desk and ample cupboard space. This suited my work needs well. i found a grocery store conveniently located right next door to the hotel. the room had good size, i appreciated that. location is very close to a metro station so easy to move around.
The air conditioning remained at a fixed temperature. It was a bit too warm for me.

The reception staff was helpful with directions. They also quickly addressed a minor issue with my room key. i found their assistance efficient and polite. it was a smooth process.

a metro station is very near the hotel. several supermarkets are also nearby, this makes it easy to get supplies! the neighborhood felt safe, and i walked without any concerns.
