the riad was beautifully maintained. the staff were friendly and cute . the food menu featured traditional options and everything i tried tasted superb (especially the tagine!).
my room was advertised with a balcony however it was false. the room windows were small and let in minimal natural light. the beds were too stiff for my liking.

the hotel is really beautiful. decor is nice and very cute. staff are super friendly and do anything for you. i recommend getting spa treatments if you can, this place is a little haven of peace.
rooms have small windows and not much natural light gets inside. beds felt stiff.

breakfast time is flexible until noon. staff helped us book several meals. the food was delicious too. we had one of our best dinners at the riad's restaurant.

The premises were beautifully kept. Rooms proved large with comfortable beds. The personnel was very nice and accommodating. They were always available if I had questions. I felt at peace in this tranquil place.

The hotel arranged a driver for pickup. The communication was easy (i appreciated that). the staff were helpful and warm. the riad itself is beautiful and a real treat.
i noticed the hotel lacks a coffee maker in the rooms.

the hotel included a beautiful smell of jasmine throughout, acceptable.
The portable heater was constantly running to keep the room comfortable. This was not ideal. the water pressure was also low one evening. bath towels were forgotten one night..
