The location is excellent with a sea view. the staff were friendly and helpful. the d-day landings museum is right next door. This makes visiting very easy.
The bathroom needs an update. It is very cramped. there is not enough space to hang clothes. only street parking is available, which can be inconvenient.

i found the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room unacceptable, especially given the price. i expect such amenities as standard. breakfast should have been included.

the staff at reception was excellent. they helped us with a disabled car parking space very close to the building, this was a real benefit. the hotel features an elevator, a real bonus. the sea views from the room were beautiful.
the bathroom would benefit from an update. it felt a bit cramped. the space to hang clothes was inadequate, i think more hooks would help.

the elevator was very helpful, especially with luggage. i also noticed the hotel provided disabled parking spaces. these facilities are helpful and well kept (although i did not need to use them directly).
