The restaurant had a beautiful view. the room was quite big and very calm at night. i found the location amazing. The abbey view from our dinner table was a treat. the staff proved pleasant and friendly.
The hotel could use a remodel. I noticed the hotel needed tidying.

wonderful location and great service

i found the personnel professional. the room had a very beautiful view though i did not have the window facing directly to the monument. the room was quite big and very calm at night i enjoyed the restful atmosphere. i also appreciated the amazing orange yogurt during breakfast it had a wonderful taste.
the hotel did not provide advance guidance about the gate code required for entrance to the town causing some initial confusion upon arrival.

I requested a room with a view. seeing the distant abbey was definitely a plus. the shuttle service was very convenient. It ran every ten minutes. alternatively, a leisurely thirty-minute walk was also an option. the staff was very kind. breakfast, also with a view, was great!!!

uneven experience near the attraction
hot room
the room had a considerable problem. it was excessively hot and it was impossible to open windows. the lighting proved inadequate. i was unable to access netflix or any english tv channels, hindering entertainment options. the restaurant prices for dinner seemed over the top given the food quality did not reflect fine dining.

The location cannot be beat. The views are amazing. The restaurant was very good.. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the yummy items offered. The room felt very stylish.
The toilet is separated from the sink and bathroom, these are two different rooms. After using the toilet, i have to open the door, leave, and open another door to get to the washroom. The housekeeping did not replenish new bathroom amenities. There was no air conditioner, so i was too hot.
