The room was quite large and clean. breakfast included several options. i especially appreciated three coffee machines. There was no waiting! the hotel's location proved convenient, as it was only a short drive from lake como.
the hotel did not have tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

I arrived and found SOME problems. The room lacked coffee making facilities. I needed to go to the restaurant for hot water. There was no control of the air conditioning in the room and the temperature felt stuffy. This.
