convenient location large balcony
The location is convenient. Shops and the famous Walk are nearby. The room was spacious and included a large balcony. Staff resolved a minor spa issue quickly. I didn't try the dining options.

beach proximity many restaurants friendly service
The hotel's location was amazing. it was close to the beach and many restaurants. it was also near the tram line. This made getting to the mall easy. i appreciated moses' fantastic housekeeping service. he was always polite and friendly.
refurbishment work was ongoing in the lobby. this caused some disruption when being picked up by taxis.

king size bed ample storage cooling spot
i found location very convenient near many restaurants. the room had a king size bed and plenty storage. the swimming pool provided a great spot for cooling off when the heat was intense.
the lifts seemed not enough to service the size of the hotel, so i waited for ages
