The room, a superior room burj khalifa view, had a really nice window view! the pool area also had a pretty cool view, i thought. breakfast was good. It had just the right amount of choice for me. dining at the hotel's roof top restraint at list once is something I recommend. We liked it.

The reception supervisor provided excellent customer service. He exceeded my expectations! he also helped us with an early check in. He made sure we would get our room quickly. Amazing.

The hotel location is very good, close to burj khalifa! the swimming pool has a view on khalifa too. The location is convenient. there are many pharmacies and cafes near the hotel. dubai mall is also close. Exciting.

The room featured a very comfortable bed. I slept well. The view from the room was excellent. I decided to extend my stay because of this. The pool area provided cool views both day and night.
The elevators moved slowly. I experienced longer wait times especially during breakfast hours.

I found the pool area very relaxing. The pool itself was huge. I liked the rooftop restaurant. It had amazing views. The staff at reception were friendly, and the taxi service right outside made getting around easy.
The lifts were quite busy. There were often delays when traveling between floors.

The hotel is close to the metro. This made public transport convenient. Its location near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa was ideal. Taxis were readily available in front of the building. I never had issues finding one.

dirty towelslacking detail
Housekeeping was not up to par. i found dirty towels, left wet in the bathtub, were re-hanged to dry all over the place. this happened during a previous stay as well, with towels draped over the lounge sofa. it seems staff training or attention to detail is lacking. Such oversights are unacceptable.

The lifts operated with excellent speed. A maximum five-minute wait to and from the 67th floor made moving around easy. Breakfast offered a large variety of options. So many choices. The hotel is located perfectly for taxis, the metro, and buses. Everything is right outside the door.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was professional and friendly. The pool area was lovely with cozy sunbeds perfect.
I requested additional soap and shampoo after running out. I called twice and was assured they would be provided. The items never arrived. As a result, I had to use hand soap for bathing and went without shampoo.

i was happy with the beautiful room i received. the size was adequate and i found it clean. i appreciated the availability of free valet parking. it meant i didn't worry about where to leave the car.
waiting for the elevator was difficult sometimes. it reminded me of a long time. also, i was not allowed to cook in the kitchen area of the room. that was disappointing as i hoped i could prepare meals myself.
