perfect hotel FOR families

i liked the large size of the junior suite i stayed in it felt very modern and spacious i enjoyed the convenience of the room being on the top floor near the beach on floor 9 the bathroom was great and big i found the staff helpful and kind.

I found the hotel was not well-kept. The staff were also rude and unprofessional. I was charged extra for my children even though most hotels don't do that

The all-inclusive deal was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the MULTIPLE pools, it made swimming so much FUN! Drinks were always bottomless and delivered right to the room. Housekeeping was amazing. Everything sparkled. The transfers I booked through the hotel were also very convenient and punctual.

I noticed that the other restaurants have quite similar food to the main restaurant. It would be awesome if there was more variety.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very comfortable and practical. The room was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. I noticed the room had blackout curtains that helped in blocking the sunlight SO well.

I found the service excellent. Staff were attentive to details. the variety of foods from different cuisines was a highlight (i really enjoyed the themed nights). the entertainment during dinner, with dancing teams performing, was great. easy access to swimming pools and the aquapark was a definite plus. i particularly enjoyed the kids show in the evenings, it was very engaging.

the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. a taxi ride to the dubai mall area cost me around 50-60 dirhams. i wish it was closer to the city center for evening strolls.
