I appreciated the staff's helpfulness, especially with directions. The on-site store was very convenient (a real time-saver!). I found it easy to get necessities without leaving the hotel. The laundromat access made it easy to keep clothes fresh.

the staff are helpful, it is good. cleanliness was up to the mark, i think so. a lot of amenities sets the hotel apart, is very nice.

the hotel guests are noisy at 4 am. doors slamming and people talking on the corridors are not nice. the restaurant doesn't have red wine stock, its not good.

the gym had adequate equipment, i saw three treadmills.

the room service completely forgot my order on tuesday night and when i called to follow up, nobody seemed to know anything about it. i even had to repeat my room number three times. that was really annoying, especially since i was hungry.
