adequate stay with minor drawbacks
convenient location nice gesture strange noise uncomfortable bed
the hotel's location was very convenient. it was close to transportation links. the room i received was also upgraded as a nice gesture upon my arrival. the location is perfect and convenient.
the hotel seemed noisy. i could hear people talking easily at sleep time. when people opened the water upstairs i could hear it in my room it was very strange. the bed wasn't comfortable.

complimentary water satisfying breakfast friendly staff convenient location
the hotel provided complimentary water and coffee and tea outside the room daily, a nice touch. breakfast included many food choices, i found it satisfying. the staff seemed very friendly and cute. the location was very convenient, near the airport bus stop and istiklal street.
the bathroom ventilation wasn't effective, and i needed to open the window sometimes for proper ventilation.

The breakfast room on the 9th floor featured city views. It had a large selection. the executive lounge offered a small balcony with propects of the bosphorus where beer or wine was available until 10 pm. an italian restaurant sits at the hotel's entrance and has huge portions.

The room provided essentials with fantastic views. I found it spacious and well-equipped. i observed that the rooms were reasonably clean. the room had no towel dryer, but the bed was comfortable.

the hotel is located a few minutes walk from taksim square. havaist airport bus stops right in front. metro station is near. i noticed the hotel is near shops and exchange offices, convienient, though the parking was expensive!

the staff spoke english at reception well. i appreciated their professional demeanor and helpfulness. they greeted me and smiled often. the staff addressed my issues quickly, though, communication was not always perfect.

acceptable location , but some issues
convenient location airport shuttle poor sound insulation audible noise
the hotel is conveniently located near the shuttle to the airport and the metro.
the walls seemed to lack sufficient sound insulation , because noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was very audible and caused discomfort.

Really good service and prime location
great variety rooftop restaurant comfortable stay
I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist. Breakfast had great variety, and the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views. The room was quiet and well-equipped. I liked the peaceful executive lounge and its nice balcony for relaxation.
