The location was acceptable with easy access to transportation.
My biggest issue was the room. The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine all night! I also found the breakfast buffet underwhelming for a so-called five-star hotel. The selection seemed cheap and nothing stood out. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean either. There were some hairs in the shower when I arrived. Nice touch, NOT.

The staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro station. There are MANY restaurants nearby.
I noticed slight noise from outside, but it was minor.

The reception staff handled check-in efficiently, and the concierge assisted with directions. Restaurant staff was always attentive, ensuring prompt service for all my meals. They provided very quick room service. the service was great.

The Executive Room was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked mini-bar. The bathroom included complimentary high-quality vanity kits, replenished daily. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens provided throughout my stay. The room was renovated, too.
