cramped roomextra charge
The room i got was not what I expected , it felt quite cramped EVEN for a couple. I am very frustrated that they didn't tell me before I arrived that I wouldn't be staying in the main building, but across the street in some annex. I was in one of the Luxe Heritage rooms. Also , everything seems to come with AN extra charge, which I found quite annoying considering the room rate.

The hotel location was convenient and allowed easy access to many attractions.
The state of my room was unacceptable. The carpet was notably stained. It needed DEEP cleaning. the bathroom had issues, including a faulty shower fixture that came loose.
