lovely breakfast perfect location canal side morning small shower little space
the view from my room was like a dream. the breakfast was so lovely, the best start to a day. i remember those canal side mornings with a gentle smile. the location felt so special, everything i wished for was right outside the door.
the room i had was small, it lacked space to place my things. the shower was also small and it was difficult to move. its difficult to not talk about this. these are minor inconveniences, certainly.

Adequate Stay Near the Water

water proximity city center boiled eggs weak wifi shower curtain bathroom flooding
the hotel sits right on the water near the city center. breakfast included a typical continental buffet. i found enough food to get me going for the day, even boiled eggs were available.
the wifi signal proved very weak. there was a bathtub with a shower head. however, there was no curtain, i risked flooding the entire bathroom.

the location was indeed central, great for easy exploration.
The lack of air conditioning. I asked for a fan, but it was more of a gentle suggestion of easy. also, dragging luggage up those narrow stairs reminded me of an olympic sport, especially since there was no elevator, or staff willing to assist with that particular challenge.
