Fantastic Staff

I stayed in a twin room located on the ground floor. The room it was big and clean. The complimentary tea and coffee tray in the room showed a trained staff with an eye for detail. Staff was great from arrival to departure, very perfect in manner and attire.
Pillows felt old and flat. I found the bed horrible because of an old lumpy mattress.

The breakfast was well laid out and of good quality. There was a good range for the continental options, very tasty. Event food was also great, served hot.

I had a twin room. It was very big and clean. Rooms have nice views, which are pretty nice to see. I also found the hotel to have family rooms that offer plenty of space for a family.

The hotel has a large car park . There is an outside pool too, I believe it is heated. I found the hotel to also have nice grounds and a gym.

Staff members remembered me from a previous visit. They do go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. All the staff I met were helpful and good. You will not find better hospitality.

The grounds looked well maintained. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes (perfect for a quick workout). I also enjoyed having a spacious double room. It was well-equipped.
The television remote was a little unresponsive.

the hotel provided a very clean room. the staff decorated the room with balloons. they added rose petals for our anniversary, it was a lovely touch. breakfast featured freshly cooked items.
i found the room to be a little warm.

i saw tennis courts, however, they looked neglected. the hotel has a semi-rural location near upminster, very handy. there is a friendly cat sitting upon an entrance chair too.

the staff were very friendly and polite. the staff were very good with our orders and ensured we had the right milk for our son. they offer 24 hour room service as well, good.
