The check-in process was not very smooth. I had booked a room, but the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation. This caused a delay and some confusion (a bit frustrating after a long journey). the lack of drinking water in the room was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for my stay.

we booked two rooms for five adults and two children. the front desk efficiently addressed our needs upon arrival. breakfast was quite busy, but isram, a staff member, was very cute! she started our morning with a cheery attitude and excellent service.

the wifi needed resetting every 24 hours, slightly irritating. this became inconvenient after a long day when i was trying to unwind. i needed to repeatedly re-enter my information.
