underwhelming stay
soap scumpoor response
I found some aspects disappointing. the shower tiles showed soap scum and mold around the base. This wasn't the standard i expect. the hotel responded with a generic, "saddened" reply, which wasn't helpful at all. i feel the hotel needs to improve its standards, especially considering the price per night. the response from the hotel was disappointing.

I found the room to be super clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The minibar was restocked daily with complimentary water. The air conditioning worked effectively and provided relief during warm weather. I appreciated the Chromecast TV in the room.

the staff were very friendly and helpful .
The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I had to request toilet paper more than once. the rooms felt quite small. i also had to store my luggage, inconvenient.
