adequate stay with noticeable issues
small room inadequate cleaning
the location was acceptable offering convenient access to nearby amenities
the room i was assigned was smaller than expected hindering comfortable movement the bathroom showed signs of inadequate cleaning with leftover hair present i found this unpleasant moreover noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive throughout the night impacting my rest

clean room friendly staff continental breakfast
my room was very clean and modern. the staff were friendly and very accommodating. i appreciated the plentiful continental breakfast available each morning!
i noticed very slight noise from garbage trucks outside early each morning.

the room featured air conditioning, a definite plus!!! the temperature was perfect upon my arrival, especially welcomed on a hot day. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The receptionist was very helpful. They offered advice on local transport. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. The hotel provided complimentary travel cards. This allowed free use of public transport.
The elevator was temporarily out of service , though I didn't mind the stairs.

Convenient Stay Near the Station
good location ample space continental selection
The hotel's proximity to the train station simplified my travel (it saved a lot of time). The room was very clean, and I found the wardrobe offered ample space for my belongings. The breakfast included a good selection of continental items.

an okay stay
great location helpful staff poor soundproofing garbage truck
The location was quite good, just a short walk from the train station. the staff were very helpful. They provided free public transport passes, a nice touch.
i found the soundproofing to be almost nonexistent. i could hear people in other rooms plus a lot of noise from garbage trucks very early in the morning.

convenient location friendly staff small room noise level
the hotel was conveniently located. close access to the lake, tram, bus and train connections was very useful to me. the staff were friendly.
i found the room was small. it left very little space to move around comfortably. the noise levels were unbearable as i could clearly hear people in the adjacent rooms.
