The location was convenient with nearby public transportation. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom included quality toiletries and a decent hairdryer. It was also spacious! The staff were polite throughout my stay.
The room AC was very loud. It disrupted the sleep.

Breakfast had a limited selection, but it was sufficient for a quick meal. I noticed the breakfast items were the same each day! for guests staying longer, this may become repetitive. There were fresh pastries available daily.

The staff was attentive and readily available to assist with requests. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. They helped recommend a local restaurant near the hotel. Casa nostra offered nice gluten free options.
