The staff was quite friendly and helpful. That was appreciated.
The air conditioning in my room was not working adequately, despite the hot weather. It struggled to keep the room cool. The elevators were also a problem, with one out of service, which led to considerable delays and crowding at times. the experience felt overpriced.

the location was perfect, close to the lake and other attractions. the room was clean and well kept. i enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. the staff were always available and willing to assist with any questions..
The gym hours were a little restrictive. I wished it stayed open later.

the family room was spacious. decor was very cool and artistic. the breakfast offered many fresh options that i enjoyed.
the street outside was noisy at night. the shower controls were hard to manage. the plughole didn't seal, so water drained away quickly during my bath.

The location was convenient with nearby public transportation. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom included quality toiletries and a decent hairdryer. It was also spacious! The staff were kind throughout my stay.
The room AC was very loud. It disrupted the sleep.

Breakfast had a limited selection, but it was sufficient for a quick meal. I noticed the breakfast items were the same each day! for guests staying longer, this may become repetitive. There were fresh pastries available daily.
