A Good Stay in a Historic Setting

My room was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample space to relax. The included minibar offered a variety of complimentary beverages and snacks, a welcome touch. I found the hotel's location convenient, with easy access to various attractions. The hotel occupies a renovated bank building, providing an elevator to navigate the floors easily.
The soundproofing was slightly inadequate as I could hear some outside noises.

The hotel restaurant offered a nice spot for a drink and a snack. This provided an inviting atmosphere whether chatting with a friend or working on the computer. An elevator allowed guests access to all floors within the building.

wide selection spacious room helpful staff
The room was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast offered a wide selection on the buffet and a good menu to order from. The staff were helpful and recommended a lovely Italian restaurant (I enjoyed it very much!).

Central Location with a Unique Charm
free minibar delicious room service openable window
I found the free minibar to be a nice perk! Room service was also quite delicious. The openable window provided fresh air and natural light. The chair in the elevator was a thoughtful addition.
The soundproofing needs to be improved. Outside noises were quite noticeable.

The hotel is located right in the pedestrian zone of the historical part of the city. The hotel benefits from many streets that offer various restaurants with very good food. Parking is available nearby for a fee with a hotel discount.

friendly staff great breakfast
lucia and diana checked me in with so much friendliness! i got a tour of the gold bar, even though it was closed. the breakfast was plentiful and good in a nice room, i can confirm.
the carpet in my room needed some cleaning

faulty air conditioning temperature issue
The staff was friendly and professional.
The room I occupied was too cold. The air conditioning system did not function properly. It did not reach above 19 degrees Celsius. I reported this issue to reception on the second day, but it did not improve matters.
