The staff was friendly and accommodating (they were quick to respond to requests).
My room lacked soundproofing. I could hear every footstep and conversation from adjacent rooms and the hallway. The noise disrupted my sleep and made relaxing difficult.

i had a superior double room of three nights. the room has clean facilities. all staffs are very friendly and helpful. parking was good and easy to access.
the room was next to the outside seating area, so it felt a bit overlooked. it was difficult to get privacy without drawing the curtains. the rooms got very dark as a result.

this hotel is in a good location. the stream at the front of the hotel give a nice view. it is set back from the road, giving it a peaceful atmosphere and reducing traffic noise.

Really good Stay
attentive staffwater bowlcold bathroom
The attentive staff noticed details. For example, the tea light was replaced after it expired. The barmaid learned how to make my favourite cocktail. I appreciated that dogs were given a water bowl immediately. This place is fantastic.
The bathroom was cold, small, and the shower created a wet floor. The bathroom door showed water damage. The television did not work correctly. There was dust and medication under the bed.

i stayed in a ground floor room the bathroom had complimentary toiletries it also included a large bathtub the tv had multiple channels. breakfast included fresh fruit i also enjoyed the selection of local cheeses. the coffee machine made good cappuccinos the staff were attentive during the meal.
