adequate stay near the water

the location is excellent! it is just a short walk into town. free parking was available, a really great perk. the staff were friendly, i liked that.
my room faced a busy street, i noticed a lot of noise from traffic. the bathroom was very tiny. grout on the bathroom floors looked dirty, i hope they clean it soon.

the location seemed promising, yet our room faced the street. car noise persisted late into the night. also, the staff were not very familiar with local dining hours, so we struggled to find a place to eat dinner. this created some unexpected stress, and interfered with our evening plans. the bathroom felt cramped.
