Our room's amenities were superb. The front desk check-in staff were helpful and friendly. I found my dining experiences in the restaurant very good. The decor in my room was also excellent..
The room service was a little inconsistent. I requested my order three times.

custom furniture luxurious fabrics separate shower welcome amenity
my mayfair room was excellent. it featured custom-designed furniture and luxurious fabrics. the bathroom included a soaking tub and separate shower. i also noticed the high-quality toiletries and plush towels provided. i found fresh flowers and a welcome amenity upon arrival.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the room. it was minor, but noticable upon closer inspection.

the concierge was highly efficient in arranging transportation. the staff showed genuine warmth. i found the level of attentiveness really good, especially at breakfast. every request receives prompt, courteous attention.

the room decor presented amazing art deco details. i appreciate the meticulous attention, and every detail felt luxurious. i FOUND a neat desk space, ideal for handling some important work.

convenient location prompt service high price limited equipment
I found the location very convenient. It was close to many attractions I wanted to visit. The room service was prompt and the food was good.. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.
The minibar prices were quite high. I was surprised by the additional costs for some basic items. the gym was smaller than expected for a hotel of this size. It had limited equipment.

rude hostess unacceptable reply
the afternoon tea had ample portions and extra servings of items i liked. it was acceptable, nothing too special.
the hostess at the tea room, annabel, was rude. our table wasn't ready, and when i asked if it could be cleaned faster, her reply was unacceptable. she said we had to wait until her manager decided to call someone, which i found quite frustrating.
