perfect location and really good service!

the location was ideal, just a short walk from the main train station. staff members were helpful and friendly . our standard room was spacious enough for two, everything was clean, and the cleanliness was noticeable.
the street outside was very noisy, even late at night. this made it somewhat difficult to sleep without earplugs.

Our room included towel warmers and hot water. It was such a treat. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. the beds were very comfortable.

the location proved acceptable because it was quite close to the train station.
The room felt more like a sauna because the air conditioning barely functioned and made a loud noise. the bed was UNBELIEVABLY hard. I tossed and turned all night. also, the shower was ridiculously small. Even turning around was a challenge.

The staff were so helpful . The room was super clean and looked recently updated. The breakfast had many options and the barista made excellent coffee.
The air conditioning in the room didn't work very well and that was disappointing. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. The shower was also small.
