The staff was very helpful. they answered all my questions and gave good recommendations for restaurants. my room was clean. It featured nice decor. the housekeeping service kept EVERYTHING super clean.
The room WAS small and the windows provided little natural light. i could hear noises from the adjacent room. i heard conversations and bathroom activities. This WAS disruptive.

The location was really central. It was close to major attractions. The air conditioning in my room worked efficiently. I found this particularly appreciable during the warmer days. The staff were also very helpful with directions. They provided useful recommendations for local restaurants.
The single bed in the room was smaller. It might not suit taller guests, however this was not an issue for me. The shower cubicle was quite compact. It barely felt functional. I found this a little inconvenient.

i find the room immaculate. they gave Prosecco as a nice welcome gift. bathroom had a modern design. the hotel cleanliness stood out immediately.
i could hear everything that happens in the next room. hearing people all night was awful. i notified the reception. nothing happened, though.

there is great restaurants literally near the doorstep. a cafe with excellent coffee and pastries is right next door. it provided great breakfasts.

i got upgraded to a superior room. it had a fantastic view of the street and the forum. the room was clean, decent size, and well equipped.

santo was very friendly and really good. he spent time with us to go through everything. his daughter was equally a delight. the staff were attentive especially with partners face.

the colosseum is literally around the corner. streets of restaurants are right on the doorstep. most places are easy to walk to from here. it is a fantastic location.
