The location was convenient. It was near the main shopping street. a very good bulgarian restaurant was right next door (it always seemed busy). the staff at the 24-hour reception were friendly. free tea and coffee were available in the reception area.

the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. i had to sleep with the windows open (this made it noisy because of the traffic). the mattresses felt old and uncomfortable. it took a while to understand how the shower worked. afterwards the whole floor was wet.

I found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the main shopping street. a very good bulgarian restaurant was right next door (it's always full). the room was more spacious than i thought. I also appreciated the air conditioning.

The toilet paper was not great. It ripped easily.

the reception worked 24/7, a great benefit. the staff was friendly and helpful, readily available to answer questions or offer assistance. free tea and coffee were always available in the reception area (a very nice touch).

Staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked adequately.

The room lacked soundproofing. I heard everything from adjacent rooms, that was annoying. The bathroom needs an update. Grout was dirty and shower was not super clean. I found dust bunnies in corners of the room. Housekeeping should pay better attention to detail.
