i found my beautiful double room sea view clean and spacious. the sea view was fine. khanh and vy handled the checkout process very efficiently and fast.
the bathroom tap leaked over the floor initially but it was addressed.

a charming beachside retreat!

the location of this hotel is fantastic. it is just across the street from the beach! it made morning walks easy. i also got upgraded to a better room for free, which i really appreciated. the hotel restaurants had amazing food too. the staff members were always so warm and friendly!
the cold water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as i would have liked, but it was a minor thing.

Breakfast offered many choices. The buffet selection was AMAZING!!! there were both local and international options available. i tried several dishes and they were all prepared with fresh ingredients and flavorful recipes. it was a great start to each day.

The room was clean and well-kept. the beds were really comfortable, and the sea view was really good. I could see the ocean right from my window. the air conditioning worked perfectly. this ensured a cool and restful stay.

the hotel pool looked very clean, and there were towels available. i didn't swim, but i observed other guests having a great time. the gym had several cardio machines, and there were free weights. it seemed adequate for a workout.

the location was convenient I could easily access the beach
the dental kit in the toilet was old it seemed pre-used this wasn't addressed even after a complaint was made also staff called at midnight due to a laundry mix-up it woke my sick son this showed a lack of courtesy and common sense
