flat pillowshallway noises
i was quite frustrated with a few aspects of my stay. the pillows offered no support, they were essentially flat. also , i could clearly hear noises in the hallways , which was quite annoying. these issues impacted my sleep quality negatively , and i think addressing them would significantly improve future guests' experiences.

the bar was decent for dinner.
the room was NOT soundproofed AT ALL. i heard EVERYTHING happening in the hallway. it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep before midnight because of the noise. also, the breakfast had little variety. it was the same EVERY day.

Our quadruple room was very spacious and clean. I found beds sufficient for everyone during our family trip. The breakfast offered various choices that I enjoyed. The hotel offered free parking, quite convenient, though the parking area was a bit small.
The towels in the bathroom were a bit small for adults, but that didn't affect much our enjoyment.

The hotel is easily accessible by bus, with a stop right outside. The convenient location allows quick access to the city center and surrounding attractions. This made getting around very easy. A nice view of the mountains is an added bonus!
