the room was super clean. it was newly refurbished, i think. the bed were really comfortable. all staffs were lovely and helpful, i never see anything like that before.
the bathroom was very small, really cramped. the bathroom window dont open. the breakfast was disappointing, for sure. i felt the place were run to maximise profit, and not to get returning customers. it is a sad thing really.

warm welcomeattentive staffeasy walk
I was greeted with such a warm welcome upon arrival. the staff were lovely ( !) and attentive to all my needs, including storing my lunch. it's such a great place. The town and beach are an easy walk away! i just loved hearing harriet the parrot singing.
perhaps my expectations were a bit high, considering the reviews and the price i paid.
