limited buffet variation uncomfortable sun loungers
The hotel's breakfast buffet had few changes ! I also found that the sun loungers lacked cushions and became uncomfortable. The bar area did not feel inviting, as it was located to one side of the restaurant. These aspects impacted my overall experience, though the staff was friendly.

Acceptable stay, some issues
fried food smell burning towels
My room smelled strongly of fried food through the bathroom air vent. It woke me up every morning. The towels also smelled like they were burning. I had a terrible experience with this place after amazing stays elsewhere on the island.

equipped apartment cooking utensils delicious buffet
I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and found it well-equipped. the kitchenette had plenty of utensils, really great for cooking meals. the pool was fantastic. I loved the clean, ample space for swimming. i really enjoyed the buffet choices too, there were delicious options for breakfast. the location was central!
the balconies were small, a bit of an issue

solid stay near the sea
half board meal plan strategic location diligent crew necessary amenity
The apartment on the ninth floor included half board meal plan. The food was consistently good. a strategic location made it easy to explore. each morning the cleaning crew tidied up the room, which i appreciated. the kitchen and bathroom provided all the necessary basics and amenities.
i noticed there were only two small lifts for the entire building, causing occasional waits since they were frequently in use by other guests and staff.

the hotel has a very top terrace that includes a large space with chaise lounges. a spacious pool also features a designated zone equipped with ample sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing, ensuring guests have options for enjoying the outdoor amenities.

the staff were very nice and accommodating when i asked for a room change. i secured a higher floor with a sea view, which greatly improved my experience. the breakfast staff was very helpful, especially elsa.

this location provides regular, very cheap buses for convenient travel. a lot of very good value and varied restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. the hotel is also close to car rentals, supermarkets, and bus routes to the city centre.

the rooms provide a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave, which i found very convenient. the view from the balcony allowed you to see the ocean. the apartment i had was large and well-equipped.

great view good condition great staff
the room was a studio and had a great view. the pool was in good condition, i saw many people enjoying it. rogelio and tania were great in the breakfast dining area, they looked after me well.
