the room was a good size, it had a king size bed. space existed to put clothes and accessories. staff was helpful, the were friendly.

the shower didn't work for me and no one was available when i try to called. i pull, what i thought it was an 'emergency' cord to turn electric on, i worked it out eventually. the shower look grubby too.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the food and drink options available. there was plenty of parking. the hotel also benefits from a good location near local attractions.

i found that the response time to emails could be improved, as there was a delay in receiving replies.

The staff were amazing, catering to our late arrival for dinner. The location is good, and the bus stop is just a short walk. Our room was very very comfy and tidy.
