comfy mattress separate area
the family room was lovely, with beds with super comfy mattresses. The twin beds exist in a separate area attached to the master bedroom and this suited my daughter.
the room had skylights but NO windows.

missing shower skylight windows
The room lacked a shower, a significant oversight for a hotel room. skylights replaced windows, impacting natural light and ventilation. breakfast required walking to different rooms. It was inconvenient. i found it disorganized.

dog welcome lovely bar
the staff was cute to dogs (a big plus for me). the bar area facilitated meeting other dog owners for drinks and games (we played some pool).
the room was on the top floor and it had a low ceiling which was an issue.

great hospitality late dinner convenient access
the staff showed great hospitality. i needed to check in late for dinner, and they readily accommodated my request. there was convenient access to a bus stop a short walk away. the location proved useful for traveling around the area.
the shower pressure fluctuated slightly during peak hours, a minor inconvenience.

a decent stay
king size bed friendly staff shower issue poor water pressure
the room was a good size, it had a king size bed. space existed to put clothes and accessories. staff was helpful, the were friendly.
the shower didn't work for me and no one was available when i try to called. i pull, what i thought it was an 'emergency' cord to turn electric on, i worked it out eventually. the shower look grubby too.

friendly staff ample parking good location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the food and drink options available. there was plenty of parking. the hotel also benefits from a good location near local attractions.
i found that the response time to emails could be improved, as there was a delay in receiving replies.

amazing staff good location clean room
The staff were amazing, catering to our late arrival for dinner. The location is good, and the bus stop is just a short walk. Our room was very super clean and cozy.
