the family room matched the website pictures exactly it was very practical. the toilet had a quirky design but it was overall very good. i liked that the area allowed walking to many sights and easy underground access. the location was superb

the room was not well maintained the hair dryer did not work. the replacement dryer also shut off when used on high. the trash can lid in the bathroom did not pop up when the lever was pushed by foot

the location worked really well for me i could easily walk to many attractions and access the underground i found complimentary coffee in the lobby i used it often. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever i had questions they always responded quickly. i found the one-bedroom apartment practical and well-equipped it suited my needs perfectly.

i noticed some street noise occasionally it was not a major issue but it was present.
