I found several issues. The room lacked a proper space for belongings. There was not adequate room to move around. The bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock offering little privacy (I found this particularly troubling).

the location was excellent it was easy to access many attractions. the room was very clean and quiet which was beneficial. i found the check-in and check-out process to be very smooth and straightforward.

the lighting was quite dim i felt it gave the space a somewhat somber mood. there were no surfaces available i had nowhere to place my belongings easily. it would be good to have a small table or shelf.

the air conditioning in my cocoon 2 windowless by design room did not work. the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. i also found the extra charges for luggage storage to be excessive. paying £15 per bag was like a hidden cost and was quite inconvenient as i had a late flight.
