i loved the staff! they were amazing and really wanted to. the location was also great, walking distance from the train station. the room was comfy!
The room had inadequate blinds. It made it difficult to sleep at night, because of the lights outside the hotel.

great locationsteep walk
The hotel location is great. It is near the town center. I walked about five minutes to get to different parts of the center. It was super helpful, as the walk is very steep.
the ROOM felt a tiny bit outdated. The bathroom seemed quite small for the price I paid.

the reception staff were helpful. i found the same exacting standards in the restaurants and bar areas. breakfast service was excellent with lots of choice, and customer service was always really good all round.
the bed was not very comfortable. pillows seemed like rocks, which led to a pretty uncomfortable sleep.
