AMAZING Stay! Was excellent!

Stan, the OWNER, was VERY cute. He gave great advice about local spots. The breakfast each morning was excellent with lots of options. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable double bed.
The WiFi was a little UNRELIABLE at times.

The website pictures were a little misleading, I THINK. From the outside back of the hotel the area is not great.

The breakfast offered a good selection of cereals , fruits , and a cooked breakfast. The owner was a very helpful host. He even gave me a lift to the Metro in the morning. The garden looked lovely.
The room was a little outdated. The walls were very thin. I found no WiFi available during my business stay.

the walls were super thin. i could hear everything. it wasn't ideal.

stan was very cute and chatty. he fully explained the essentials and nothing seemed too much trouble. a top breakfast with plenty of selection was available in relaxing surroundings.

stan, the owner, was nice. he gave tips on places for dinner. the room was big. breakfast had many options including full english.
the satnav led to a normal area. the hotel seemed out of place. hallways had a grimy feel.

the hotel provided free parking. taxis to newcastle city center cost only £9 to £10. the place is next to a great park, so I recommend going there.
