the location suited my needs very well. i was visiting family nearby. the staff at the holiday inn check-in were great. they provided coffee and access to the bar. the apartment had a good layout and modern decor. the shower was also quite nice..
the apartment felt a little tired overall. the kitchenette lacked stove top facilities. lighting was also somewhat poor. i found these minor issues .

the apartment was spacious and clean. it included a separate room for my daughter. the kitchenette folded away with cupboards, safe for my toddler. high-level security provided a secure environment.

i made my own breakfast in the apartment. small grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. i also enjoyed an evening meal at the holiday inn next door. both the meal and the breakfast were good.

the check-in process was smooth through the holiday inn. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. they addressed my queries quickly. their support ensured a comfortable arrival and ongoing assistance.

i found the location ideal for the metro station. i was visiting family. the apartment was modern, and laid out well. i loved having a tv in each of the rooms.
the apartment overall felt tired. the kitchenette did not have stove top facilities. most annoying thing was the heat exchanges outside the wall where the head of the bed was. it was very noisy all night so my sleep was disturbed.

the hotel was close to the jesmond metro station. free parking was available. i found a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.
the air conditioning was not working. there was no hot water on my last day. i ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more.
