The poolside food was good. I appreciated the offerings. The rooms were cleaned daily and were kept immaculate. Accessing water sports right in front of the hotel was very convenient.
The hotel gave a second room with a double bed. I had to sleep with my daughter. My partner slept with my son.

I liked that the staff brought a wheel chair up to my room when they noticed my aunt had trouble walking. We loved the location, and the 2bedroom apartment was wonderful.
I booked a half board rate. Upon arrival I was advised that the rate only covered myself and my wife. I was told if I wanted breakfast and dinner for our daughters then there was an additional cost. The customer service are non existent, so I will not be returning to this hotel again.

dated roomsartificial smell
The entrance was strange. I had to walk through a narrow corridor past a bowling alley. The rooms felt dated, especially the kitchen in my suite. The hotel also had a strong artificial smell in the reception areas. It was quite off-putting. The rooms need to be updated! though the location was perfect.
