totally rad stay!

The hotel's location rules! it is so close to the metro. This really helped me get around. the staff were super friendly and helpful. I especially liked the warm greetings. the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. It was totally worth the money.
The hangers situation was a bit stingy. Five coat hangers is barely enough for two people.

I found the hotel situated right next to a metro station. It also has access to a shopping center. this access offered many dining options, and a carrefour supermarket is there. this location made everything so convenient!

My room included a tv for mirroring my phone and watching streaming services. recycling bins were available. I always appreciate that. guests have direct indoor access to a mall from 10 am to 10 pm. How cool is that

The location is very convenient. It is almost inside the mall. direct skybridge access to the mall means i did not even have to step outside! there is also excellent access to metro and buses.
the ac in my room did not work very well, unfortunately. the curtains were not closing properly either! the staff, specifically housekeeping, was not great :(

the location was great with easy access to the metro and bus station right across the street. i found the reception staff very friendly, even using the manager's mobile phone when mine didn't work. housekeeping did a good job, bilal kept my room tidy and was always available to help. i appreciated the comfortable bed.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low. I would have liked it to be stronger.

The standard family room non-smoking included ample space for a family. I found it well-kept. it featured a large window, letting in plenty of natural light. The room had a good layout, suiting our needs well. the air conditioning unit worked effectively, keeping the room cool.

the location is definitely convenient. i liked direct access to the red metro line. access to the mall was great. i also found the staff very friendly.
the gym seemed only okay. i thought the pool was only okay too. there wasn't anything super special about either. the hotel wasn't really good.

unreliable wifino bell boy
the wifi signal was unreliable it constantly dropped and needed to be reconnected this made working remotely difficult i also found the lack of a bell boy frustrating i was travelling with heavy luggage and there was nobody available to assist with it upon arrival or departure this lack of assistance was particularly inconvenient.

the hotel offered direct access to ibn battuta mall, a great advantage. i found plenty of restaurants and shopping options easily accessible. catching taxis at the entrance was straightforward, and the metro was within walking distance. i enjoyed the nice heated pool .
