unreliable wifino bell boy

the wifi signal was unreliable it constantly dropped and needed to be reconnected this made working remotely difficult i also found the lack of a bell boy frustrating i was travelling with heavy luggage and there was nobody available to assist with it upon arrival or departure this lack of assistance was particularly inconvenient.

the hotel offered direct access to ibn battuta mall, a great advantage. i found plenty of restaurants and shopping options easily accessible. catching taxis at the entrance was straightforward, and the metro was within walking distance. i enjoyed the nice heated pool .

the non-smoking standard family room was spacious. it accommodated my family comfortably and the room was cleaned upon request daily and had a comfortable bed. the room's facilities contributed positively to our family's enjoyment.

the front desk staff were knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. their attentive nature was excellent and they addressed any questions i had promptly. the hotel staff were very polite and helpful ensuring all needs were met.
